In this permanent, full time position, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on creating positive outcomes for youths facing various challenges. You will develop care plans and conduct resilience training, ensuring young individuals receive the necessary support to thrive in their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prevent substance misuse through proactive strategies
• Help young people establish emotional boundaries and self-esteem
• Execute assessments, care management, and training sessions
• Engage families in the support process
• Collaborate with schools and local agencies for holistic care
