Join Hemlock Printers as an Experienced Production Planner in Burnaby, BC. In this full time role, you will manage and execute print production projects while ensuring all specifications are communicated effectively.

This permanent position demands an experienced professional capable of delivering exceptional project management services for print activities. You will act as a primary contact for customer engagement and coordinate workflow across various departments. Successful candidates will possess five years' experience in print production planning and exhibit essential communication and analytical abilities. This role operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage print orders from initiation to billing completion




• Function as the main contact for customer service
• Collaborate with suppliers for streamlined operations
• Keep projects within scope and manage any cost changes
• Aid Customer Service in optimizing workload

Requirements:
• At least five years in print production planning
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong rapport-building with clients
• Ability to focus under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
