Our established client seeks an experienced Controller to become part of its leadership team. This role reports to the General Manager and Corporate CFO, and is pivotal in managing accounting processes, payroll, and human resources systems. Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills are essential, along with expertise in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions, including payroll and invoicing
• Prepare bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements
• Develop and maintain budgets and cash flow forecasts




• Present financial results to senior management monthly
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Accounting
• At least 5 years as a Controller in manufacturing
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Business One
• Excellent communication abilities
