In this role, you will serve those with mental health and substance use challenges, drawing from your own experiences and cultural knowledge. Your work will involve implementing harm reduction strategies and mentoring peers, specifically in Indigenous communities across Northern BC. This position welcomes candidates dedicated to improving community health via peer-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor individuals navigating mental health challenges
• Lead harm reduction and health promotion activities
• Develop culturally relevant support programs




• Engage with First Nations community members
• Contribute to wellness-focused initiatives in the region

Requirements:
• Two years' recent experience in related settings
• Understanding of Indigenous health and wellness
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to reflect on lived experiences to aid others
• Potentially hold a valid BC Driver’s License
