Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager in the energy sector. This is a unique opportunity to lead large-scale infrastructure projects that support strategic energy export initiatives. Working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will drive projects from early development and FEED through execution, commissioning, and handover while ensuring excellence in safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of large-scale energy infrastructure projects from development through close-out
Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality,



and safety performance
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Develop execution strategies and governance plans aligned with project objectives
Oversee contractor performance, procurement activities, and commercial agreements
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing change effectively
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory and operational groups
Provide project updates, recommendations, and performance reporting to senior leadership
Requirements:
Hold a Qualified Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Alberta and/or British Columbia
Bring 10+ years of project management experience in oil and gas or energy infrastructure
Demonstrate experience leading major facilities projects through the full project lifecycle
Show strong knowledge of project development, FEED, execution, commissioning, and handover
Lead large multidisciplinary teams in complex stakeholder environments
Apply expertise in commercial contracting, procurement, and project controls
Use scheduling and project management tools such as Primavera or equivalent platforms
Communicate effectively with executives, technical teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
