As a Utility Line Locator with over two years of experience, you will utilize your exceptional knowledge of locating methodologies and ground disturbance practices. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate field reports, operating locating equipment, and mentoring junior team members. By adhering to safety regulations, you help uphold Apex's commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform line locating using established industry methodologies
• Mark buried facilities accurately according to color coding
• Produce comprehensive field reports with necessary documentation




• Operate and maintain the equipment and vehicles
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience as a Line Locating Technician
• Valid certifications in line locating training
• Certification in Ground Disturbance Standard 201 (Supervisory)
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License required
• CAD and GIS mapping interpretation skills advantageous
