Reporting to the Surface Finishing Supervisor, you will engage in tasks like deburring and polishing, actively participating in quality and efficiency improvement initiatives. Your role is crucial in maintaining product excellence in aerospace solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform deburring, polishing, and cleaning of parts
• Conduct self-verifications to ensure quality standards
• Operate cranes to facilitate parts handling




• Involve in Continuous Improvement practices
• Assist with any required rework and finishing tasks

Requirements:
• High school diploma with 1-3 years of experience in deburring
• Ability to use micrometers and read specifications
• Must satisfy ITAR eligibility for work in Canada
• Familiarity with production order instructions
• Experience in following accurate dimensional guidelines
