Edmonton Public Library is seeking an Endpoint Technician within the Technology Services team. You will design, deploy, configure, monitor and troubleshoot endpoint systems to support staff and customers, including printing, scanning, AV gear, RFID readers and automated materials handlers.
The ideal candidate has a related degree, CompTIA A+ (preferred), Microsoft endpoint certifications (assets), and at least three years of enterprise endpoint support experience.
