JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)

Duration: 12 months

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Pega Developer to design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customers’ experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers

Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels

Analyze and synthesize data around campaign presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement

Act as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners

Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities

Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email

Must-Have Skills:

5-7+ years of experience as a Pega Developer.

2+ years’ experience with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery





Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred

Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation.

4+ years’ experience working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills

2+ years of recent experience with Python

Nice-To-Have Skills:

Familiarity with banking products

Experience with Google Cloud Platform

Previous experience with Data bricks.

Soft Skills Required:

Strong Communication and collaboration skills

Self-motivated, strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding customer behavior

Analytical mindset

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree - Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science

Certified with Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)
