As a RAI Coordinator with Generations Toronto, you will support AgeCare in managing the long-term care home by leading the implementation of the Minimum Data Set (MDS). Your role encompasses training, monitoring, and assisting the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance and improve resident care through accurate assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the MDS assessment process for the team
• Conduct educational sessions for MDS users
• Maintain an actualized resident assessment schedule

Requirements:
• Three years of experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of Long-Term Care Act standards
• Current RN or RPN license in Ontario
