As a key member of QuadReal Property Group, you will report to the Accounting Manager. This engagement demands your skills in financial accuracy, analysis, and effective communication to contribute to the overall success of property operations. You will generate monthly financial statements and provide high-level insights while collaborating with other departments on various financial inquiries and audits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements as per company policy
• Analyze balance sheet accounts and reconcile working papers




• Review leases and ensure compliance with lease language
• Set up and maintain tenant recovery in Yardi model
• Compile documentation for audits and tenant inquiries

Requirements:
• CPA designation or relevant property accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years in commercial property accounting
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities
