Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shelter access and identify authorization
• Utilize de-escalation and conflict management approaches
• Conduct safety patrols of the facility’s interior and exterior
• Respond to incidents and assist staff in emergencies
• Complete precise incident documentation
Requirements:
• 1-2 years' experience in security roles
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License necessary
• Proficiency in verbal communication and de-escalation
• First Aid & CPR certification needed
• High School Diploma or GED required
