We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Controller to support the financial management and performance of projects. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Managers, Project Managers, and Finance to monitor project financials, identify potential cost overruns, support invoicing opportunities, and provide accurate financial reporting.
Our projects vary significantly in size, scope, and complexity. You may work on everything from local purchasing for a U.S.-based project with colleagues in Canada to collaborating with project specialists to identify opportunities to improve margins and project profitability.
The ideal candidate is financially analytical, organized, comfortable working in a project-based environment, and able to communicate effectively with teams across different functions and locations.
Key Responsibilities:



Financial Monitoring & Budget Management: Monitor the financial progress and performance of assigned projects.
Track project budgets and identify potential cost overruns or financial risks early.
Review project costs and financial results to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Work closely with Project Managers and Finance to address financial discrepancies and risks.
Project Evaluations & Reporting: Prepare detailed project evaluations and financial analyses.
Prepare periodic reports highlighting budget variances and deviations for management.
Provide explicit financial insights to support project and business decisions.
