Reporting to the Manager of Operations Performance, you'll support improvements in GO Rail and GO Bus Services. The position involves developing dashboards, forecasting trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and solve performance challenges across the system. Your analytical skills will help drive operational excellence at Metrolinx.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain performance dashboards using Power BI
• Conduct advanced analytics on operational performance metrics
• Support forecasting based on organizational changes




• Investigate performance challenges through stakeholder collaboration
• Lead projects to refine production readiness requirements

Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Mathematics, or related field
• Experience in quantitative analysis and performance dashboards
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced reporting
• Knowledge of R or Python for data analysis
• Certification in Power BI is a plus
