Previously submitted profiles did not have IBMS experience.

Role Descriptions

Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment

Troubleshoot issues in scheduling | ad sales | traffic | and billing modules

Handle incidents | service requests | and user queries via ticketing tools

Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting | data validation | and fixes

Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



and ensure SLA adherence

Support user access | configurations | and minor enhancements

Work closely with sales | traffic | finance | and technical teams

Essential Skills

Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system

Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling | ad sales | traffic | billing)

Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory)

Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment

Familiarity with ServiceNow/JIRA or similar tools

Solid analytical | problem-solving | and communication skills

Understanding of infrastructure / EUC environment (VDI | VPN | etc.)

Knowledge of integrations and reporting tools
