Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs




• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Support departmental budgeting and resource management

Requirements:
• Building Operators Certificate or related skilled trade
• At least five years of management experience
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software
• Robust organizational and leadership competencies
