Reporting to the Manager of Operations Finance, you will take charge of preparing monthly financial records. Your role includes journal entries, account reconciliation, and supporting various business units. This position ensures financial accuracy through collaboration with team members across the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial accounts and reports for assigned areas
• Review accruals and ensure timely report submissions
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Liaise effectively with Accounts Receivable,



Payable, and Payroll teams
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and resident information

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Education in Finance, Business, or related area
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is advantageous
• Solid organizational and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
