As a vital member of the E.R. St. Denis team, you will mentor and supervise engineers in creating sophisticated mechanical systems using NX, AutoCAD, and Inventor. Your role will focus on ensuring that all designs meet stringent customer and internal quality standards. By coordinating project lifecycles and overseeing technical presentations, you'll contribute significantly to client satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a team in the development of high-quality CAD models
• Validate designs through FEA and structural analysis

Requirements:
• 8-10 years of experience in mechanical design
• 3-5 years in a leadership role
