This Lead Mechanic role involves working a 14-day on, 14-day off rotation in the beautiful James Bay area. You will be responsible for the maintenance of mobile and stationary equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. Training junior staff and keeping detailed maintenance records are key to successfully leading your team at the site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical systems on-site
• Oversee daily operations of the mechanic shop
• Train and mentor junior mechanicians and apprentices




• Conduct necessary emergency repairs on equipment
• Uphold safety standards while performing maintenance

Requirements:
• Must possess Heavy Duty Mechanic certifications
• At least 3 years working underground experience
