This role requires a dedicated technician with a minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience. You will perform various repairs including plumbing, drywall work, and general upkeep within occupied suites and common areas. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills and work independently while upholding Onni Group's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute repairs in residential and communal spaces
• Conduct minor plumbing, carpentry, and drywall jobs




• Troubleshoot appliances and resolve maintenance issues
• Respond to and document work orders efficiently
• Travel between properties for scheduled maintenance

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Proficient with basic hand tools
• Solid communication skills with residents
• Able to perform physical tasks as needed
