Our client is seeking a specialist to contribute significantly to an SAP ERP transformation project. You will lead activities in current-state process discovery and drive change management initiatives across Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Budget processes. Your expertise in stakeholder workshops, assessments, and documentation will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct current-state process discovery and mapping
• Engage stakeholders through workshops and interviews
• Manage change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
• Develop communication strategies and training plans
• Oversee stakeholder management and documentation
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of change management experience
• Robust knowledge of ERP business processes
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and documentation
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or municipal experience
• Certification in Prosci or CCMP preferred
