As a Maintenance Worker V, you will perform various maintenance and repair functions across buildings and related equipment. You are also required to maintain medical gas systems and emergency fire alarm systems, ensuring a safe and functional environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and repair electrical systems and lighting
• Conduct plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks




• Perform HVAC adjustments for comfort
• Operate emergency systems during power failures
• Maintain an inventory of tools and supplies

Requirements:
• Certificate in 4th Class Power Engineering
• Two years of relevant experience
• Ability to read blueprints and operate equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong physical ability to perform tasks
