Support individuals facing challenges in the Beltline area as an Outreach Worker with Alpha House. This role combines crisis intervention, community engagement, and client advocacy in a adaptable, night shift schedule.

You'll work full-time from 10 PM to 8 AM, collaborating with community partners and providing essential services to those dealing with addiction and mental health issues. This role demands compassion, critical thinking, and resilience to navigate complex situations while supporting individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients in hidden areas and encampments
• Provide judgment-based support in harsh conditions
• Transport clients to safe locations when required
• Facilitate educational sessions and community partnerships
• Represent Alpha House positively within the community

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in Social Sciences or related field
• Experience with crisis management and outreach
• Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
• Valid Class 5 Non-GDL driver license
• Ability to navigate rough terrain in all weather conditions
