Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Coordinator, the Grader Operator will be responsible for road maintenance and grader upkeep in the Kaybob area. Candidates should have at least three years of grading experience and familiarity with off-highway equipment handling. This position offers a 10-on, 4-off rotational schedule, with potential overtime, ensuring flexibility around weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain gravel roads safely for public and industry travel
• Conduct daily pre and post-operation inspections
• Identify maintenance issues on various equipment
• Enter detailed work orders into Maximo
• Collaborate with maintenance planners and field staff

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years grading experience
• Experience in off-highway equipment handling
• Basic computer skills required
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
