Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2 openings)- Starting wage $18.25/hour

Days: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (2 openings)- Starting wage $17.65/hour

The MV Assembler position offers support and takes the lead in the day-to-day production, packaging, and assembly of transit bus windows. We are looking for individuals who are team-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

The Successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

Assembly cell type of work specifically for Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, and glass materials.

Working with your hands, lifting, and moving large pieces of metal, and standing for hours at a time, which requires physical strength and stamina.

Use of precision measurement instruments.

Operate machinery in a safe and productive manner.

Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.





Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Performing quality checks to ensure items meet quality standards.

Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have:

Strong ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals.

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously when required.

The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ability to read/interpret drawings/breakdowns.

Understanding the importance of producing quality products.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
