After receiving training and instruction, work in the assigned workstation(s). Move to where the work is. Work as a team member helping others. Work assignments in the plant will change from time to time.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESOperate machinery and undertake any material handling duties as per the standard operating procedures. Ensure that all guards and safety devices are in place prior to operations.Attention to quality – identify production/quality issues to the supervisor; take action on individual product quality issues, do not pass on to next work station.Work efficiently (smart) to minimize cycle times, in order to meet production targets.Follow procedures as it relate to the flow of products through the work stationExpedite reworks, addons,
