DECIEM is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead our Learning and Development initiatives at our Toronto-based facility. This 1-year on-site contract focuses on operational quality and effective educational delivery.
In this role, you will support our Quality and Operations teams by managing educational events and administrative responsibilities. You will utilize your knowledge of adult learning principles and innovative tools to enhance our training programs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate global training and educational events • Support administrative tasks for the Thrive intranet • Track training metrics and evaluation feedback • Assist in the implementation of L&D; design initiatives • Maintain critical business communication schedules
Requirements: • Knowledge of blended learning techniques • Understanding of AI principles and tools • Solid verbal and written communication abilities • Experience with authoring tools like Elucidat • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
