As the Director of Fleet Services, you will manage a multi-trades team, ensuring effective maintenance of municipal fleet assets. You’ll develop and implement creative fleet strategies, focusing on reducing GHG emissions and integrating electric vehicle technologies into the fleet. Your leadership will involve substantial stakeholder engagement and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage fleet service operations and compliance
• Lead the development of preventative maintenance programs




• Ensure adherence to vehicle and fleet regulations
• Supervise budgeting, training, and staff development
• Deliver reports and presentations to council and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least six years of related managerial experience
• Registration as AScT or applicable engineering status
• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver’s Licence
• PMP certification is advantageous
