Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Management and Transformation Leader to support a large-scale enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) transformation initiative.
The successful candidate will lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, communications, governance, and change activities across a complex, global organization. This role will partner closely with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, Operations, and business leadership to drive successful implementation and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies .
Lead organizational readiness, impact assessments, and implementation planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, and key stakeholders.
Develop change governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
Lead readiness, adoption, communications, and implementation activities.
Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, readiness milestones, and organizational risks.
Identify and address adoption barriers and change-related risks.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align business and technology transformation activities.
Support post-implementation stabilization, sustainment, and continuous improvement.
Provide strategic guidance and influence across a highly matrixed organization.




Must-Have Qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Readiness, or Transformation.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives , ideally involving LMS, HR technology, talent platforms, or digital transformation.
Strong experience with:
Change governance and risk management
Organizational readiness assessments
Adoption strategy and implementation planning
Stakeholder and executive management
Executive reporting and presentations
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Solid strategic thinking, consulting, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
Certifications PMP certification preferred
Preferred Experience LMS or Talent Management Platform implementations.
Financial services, insurance, banking, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Large global organizations with 25,000+ employees .
Enterprise-wide culture transformation, mindset shifts, and behavioural change initiatives.
Success Measures Success in this role will be measured by:

Effective stakeholder and executive engagement.
Successful LMS implementation and stabilization.
Reduction of organizational risks and adoption barriers.
Delivery of effective governance, reporting, and change management outcomes.
