Tim Hortons in Bracebridge, Ontario is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations. This role involves supervising a team of 5-15 staff, planning and organising daily operations, setting work schedules, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluate daily operations

Monitor staff performance

Plan and organize daily operations

Set staff work schedules

Supervise staff (5-15 people)

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

Conduct performance reviews

Cost products and services

Organize and maintain inventory

Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Lead/instruct individuals

Address customers' complaints or concerns





Provide customer service

Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office

Criminal record check required

Must be accurate, dependable, flexible, organised, a team player, and able to multitask

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
$27.47 per hour | 35 to 40 hours per week | Flexible schedule

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; 1 year to less than 2 years of supervisory or management experience in food service; familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and electronic cash registers; criminal record check required
