Key Responsibilities:
• Secure the building and monitor resident access
• Provide crisis intervention and feedback to clients




• Update daily logs and manage occupancy reports
• Clean common areas and prepare for new intakes
• Report maintenance needs promptly

Requirements:
• Experience in social services or relevant diploma
• Strong dedication to client services and support
• Skills in crisis de-escalation
• Good communication abilities required
• Must remain awake during overnight shifts
