Elevate your customer service skills as a part-time Food Sampling Brand Ambassador with Mosaic. Engage shoppers at Sobeys by sampling products and sharing key information!

In this role, you will work flexible schedule on Thursdays to Sundays, focusing on connecting with consumers through product sampling. Ideal candidates should have experience in retail or food service and must maintain a positive and professional image while working independently. Training is provided!

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sample products to shoppers in Sobeys
• Provide information and answer questions about products
• Meet sampling goals while engaging customers effectively
• Prepare various food and drink samples for customers
• Set up and maintain a clean sampling station

Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler Certificate
• Must be available Thursday to Sunday
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand and assist with setup and teardown
