You will also assist with data migrations and monitor vulnerabilities daily.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor 24/7 alerts across various channels
• Handle escalations and certificate renewals
• Generate Dell/EMC storage reports for management
• Review daily and weekend change tickets
• Assist in vulnerability remediation tasks
Requirements:
• 10+ years in NAS and SAN technologies
• 5+ years in performance monitoring and reporting
• Experience with On Command Unified Manager
• 3+ years with Service Now integration
• Must be available for expanded hours and holidays
