Oversee Children and Early Teens programs at BGC East Scarborough as a dedicated Coordinator. Focus on implementing high-quality, inclusive programs for youth aged 6-14.
In this on-site full time role, you will hold a degree in Child and Youth work and have 5 years of significant experience in similar settings. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulations, providing training support to staff, and evaluating the programs' impacts on community children and youth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and evaluate quality youth programs and activities
• Conduct safety inspections and implement necessary procedures
• Collaborate on daily program plans with site supervisors
• Support data collection for program evaluation
• Prepare engaging outreach materials for community distribution
Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth work or a related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience with youth programs
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Proven ability to manage staff relations effectively
• Willingness to travel for community collaboration
