ComPsych seeks licensed behavioral health clinicians for its Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Provider Network. You'll provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, assisting employees and their households. The position emphasizes face-to-face sessions and high-quality support aligned with ComPsych's clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide short-term, solution-focused EAP counseling for employees
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Assist clients with workplace stress and behavioral health needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
• Minimum 3 years post-master's clinical experience
• Valid professional accreditation or registration
• Active qualified liability insurance coverage
• Updated resume or CV required
