Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational leadership for project portfolios
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams effectively
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Drive high performance and client satisfaction
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• At least 10 years in energy project management
• Solid financial and change management experience
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Preferred: PE or PMP certification
