MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team and support our Grand Rapids team.

As an MP Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

Work across diverse sectors to manage diverse projects and support programs of work.

Deliver within complex client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management.

Support the engagement lead to build our footprint within a client or multiple clients, while taking advantage of a diverse range of development opportunities.

Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of key client initiatives.

Providing expertise in PMO and PPM Best Practices, aligned with Industry and MIGSO-PCUBED standards of quality.

Your deliverables will include:

Coordinate the financial, contractual, and operational aspects of construction projects to ensure successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Manage vendors , subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and maintain project performance.

Develop, maintain, and reconcile the project budget , and facilitate solutions for known risks.





Maintain consistent awareness of health, site-status, milestones, and active risk mitigation strategies for 3-10 projects at a time.

Facilitate the implementation of an organizational EPMO by establishing standards and processes, managing executive stakeholders, and aligning work with Enterprise Strategy

Lead risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks, evaluating their impact, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing corrective actions to minimize schedule delays, cost overruns, safety concerns, and contractual disputes.

Developing comprehensive project plans and project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and managing the project budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of key client initiatives.

Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.

Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments within project management.

Requirements:

5-10 years of construction experience preferred.

Experience facilitating and operating an EPMO.

Hybrid role - Primarily on site .

A clear understanding of supply chain complexities and how they impact downstream operations.

Robust leadership, analytical skills, and ability to influence are essential to ensuring project objectives are achieved while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

High proficiency in Procore, SAP Ariba, and MS Project to manage procurement processes, financial reports, change orders, and project documentation.

The Project Manager analyzes project data, monitors key performance indicators, and provides accurate reporting to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
