In this full-time permanent role, you will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence and cutting-edge mobility solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your leadership will ensure high-impact process improvements are implemented sustainably. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will be instrumental in fostering an innovation culture and measuring success through established KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead innovation and operational excellence initiatives company-wide
• Develop the TFS Business Innovation Framework with KPI's




• Deliver sustainable process improvements using Toyota Business Practices
• Manage mobility program performance and stability
• Implement practical solutions via cross-functional team leadership

Requirements:
• University degree in Business or related field
• 7+ years in innovation or operational excellence roles
• Knowledge of Toyota Business Practices and Kaizen
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Flexibility to work three or more days in-office
