Adecco is seeking a full-time Family Services Program Coordinator in Gold River, British Columbia to enhance the lives of families and community members. Support vital educational and family-centered programs through efficient administrative practices.

In this impactful role, you will collaborate with the Education and Child Care teams to deliver essential services to children and families. Your expertise in program coordination and attention to detail will help maintain organization and ensure the successful execution of community initiatives. Passion for helping others is key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process documentation and maintain child and family files
• Provide assistance with program applications and inquiries




• Coordinate logistics for workshops and community activities
• Draft newsletters and other communications materials
• Support reporting activities and administrative tasks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Services, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
• Access to a reliable vehicle is an asset
