This in office position is essential for managing the scheduling and operations of recreational services within CFMWS. As the Facilities and Stores Assistant, you’ll oversee the issuance of memberships and passes, regularly inspect facilities for safety compliance, and ensure consumables are ordered and stocked effectively. Your experience in maintenance will directly impact the quality of service offered to our Canadian Armed Forces community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and monitor use of the recreational facilities
• Issue memberships and reconcile collected fees




• Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment
• Procure and manage consumable inventory
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
• High school diploma with related experience required
• CPR and Basic First Aid certification mandatory
• A valid driver’s licence (NL) is needed
• Background in maintaining fitness equipment
• Experience in cash handling and fee collection methods
