Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee animal health and care programs for diverse species
• Update and implement standard operating procedures for compliance
• Lead health surveillance and preventative medicine initiatives
• Assist in surgical procedures and anesthesia administration
• Provide research support and develop animal models for protocols
Requirements:
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) required
• 6+ years of veterinary medicine experience
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Ontario
• Familiarity with surgical procedures in animal use protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
