Our ideal candidate would: Have 6 months to 1 year of experience in serving. Having multiple years of experience is not required but would be beneficial.
Be over the age of 19.
Havehospitality running through their veins. (Not literally; if you do, you might have to go check that out.) But seriously,



we want someone who would enjoy talking to our friendly business clients, local regulars, and our out-of-town hotel guests while serving a pint or two.
Be outgoing, confident, adaptable, friendly, and able to prioritize tasks when needed.
Holds a Serve It Right certificate.
Open availability to work a variety of shifts, with a primary focus on morning or mid-shifts Monday through Friday, and mid- or evening shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
