Key Responsibilities:
• Develop positive relations with clients and stakeholders
• Review and recommend improvements based on property appraisals
• Manage policy renewals and re-market existing clients




• Conduct transactions and invoicing for agency policy bills
• Follow up on outstanding payments daily

Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ experience as a CSR or in a similar role
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• RIBO License is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Capable of high-pressure teamwork
