Become an integral part of our Intermediate School team as a Classroom Assistant. This position supports Grades 4-8, promoting student engagement through personalized educational methods.

We are looking for adaptable candidates to assist in maintaining an organized and supportive classroom setting. Full-time candidates will work Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 3:00 PM, starting on September 1, 2026. Engage with students both academically and socially to ensure their success in various learning scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in fostering student engagement and progress
• Reinforce concepts through 1-on-1 or small group interactions
• Organize and maintain a peaceful classroom setting
• Actively supervise students during non-instructional periods
• Model and encourage self-regulation and respect among students

Requirements:
• Experience with middle school-age students
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized and able to follow directions
• Willingness to learn about Montessori principles
• Clean Criminal Record Check and First Aid certification
