As the Administrative Coordinator, you will report directly to the General Manager and engage in essential financial management tasks. You will be responsible for financial reporting, maintaining records, and handling resident data entries. Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills are crucial for working closely with residents, staff, and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial reports and manage invoicing
• Supervise reception and communication with visitors
• Maintain resident documentation and manage trust funds




• Run daily admissions and transfers data in the relevant systems
• Assist with preparing and filing office supplies requests

Requirements:
• High School completion plus Business Administration diploma
• Two to three years of administrative experience
• Robust knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check for vulnerable sector
