This role focuses on the Vehicle Quality Readiness process and requires robust leadership to manage team operations effectively. You will ensure all cars are meticulously prepared for customer delivery while upholding safety and efficiency. Prior experience in automotive detailing or logistics will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vehicle flow from assembly to staging area
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and detailed according to standards
• Guide and support team performance and task allocation
• Identify and resolve production and delivery issues




• Collaborate with detailing and shipping teams for timely deliveries

Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive detailing or quality inspection
• Leadership and coaching experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• G2 License with a clean driving history required
• Full-time availability including potential overtime
