The YMCA of Greater Toronto seeks a Youth Worker for a full time, five-month contract at mYplace. In this role, you will provide essential support across housing, employment, and crisis intervention for marginalized young people. Key skills include crisis management, community resource knowledge, and a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support 2SLGBTQIA+ youth through referrals and collaborations
• Design workshops based on participant feedback
• Oversee daily routines and community support
• Document case notes and participant files accurately
• Respond to crises while ensuring safety procedures

Requirements:
• 2 years experience with marginalized youth
• Post-secondary education in Social Work or related field
• Training in crisis intervention and first aid required
• Knowledge of transitional housing systems in Toronto
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
