The Waterloo Region District School Board is seeking a dedicated Special Needs Educational Assistant. This LTO role focuses on enhancing learning outcomes for special needs children.

Qualified candidates must have relevant educational qualifications such as an Educational Assistant Diploma or related degree. A minimum of one year of experience supporting students with special needs is essential, alongside passing a Physical Demands test. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate learning for students with special needs
• Assist in adapting classroom activities for diverse needs

Requirements:
• EA or related diploma from an accredited institution
• At least one year of direct experience supporting special needs
