Job Roles & Responsibilities

Exceed Store Sales Targets.

Build customer relationships byproviding prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service.

Determine customer needs andrecommend the best solution.





Ensure customer concerns are resolved withurgency and good judgment.

Maximize store profitability and manage allstore financials, including inventory control and cash flow.

Setsexpectations and is accountable; promotes teamwork through open and honestconversations.

Implement corporate merchandising directivesand standards.

Stay knowledgeable about our products,services, promotions and policies.

Required Education, Skillsand Qualifications

Must love making money!

Must have skill set to actively seek out newclients and small business.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed salestargets

Demonstrates Professionalism and Integrity

Ability to build, develop strong rapportwith staff and customers

Excellent communication and organizationalskills

Ability to work flexible hours, includingday, evening, and weekend shifts within retail hours of operations

Sales or Wireless Experience an Asset, ButNot Necessary
