In this temporary full-time position at the Prince of Peace location, you will work under the General Manager, guiding strategic marketing initiatives and supporting tenant transitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tours and assist prospective tenants and families
• Handle all leasing inquiries and tenant-related questions
• Ensure show suites are prepared for potential residents




• Facilitate lease agreements in line with company policies
• Offer leadership with occupancy reports and updates

Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in leasing or 5-7 years in marketing/sales
